What to expect
- Corrections: if you think something on the site is wrong, include the page link and, if you can, a source. Confirmed errors are fixed and logged publicly.
- Questions: we answer general questions about mold, moisture and odors when we can, and the best ones may become new guides.
- Response time: usually within a few working days.
We can’t inspect your home, diagnose a health problem or give emergency advice. If you have symptoms you think are related to mold, talk to a doctor. For gas leaks, flooding or electrical hazards, call your local emergency services or utility first.
